Our Policies

A $2.00 service charge will be applied when using a debit/credit card to offset the rising cost of credit card processing. 

No refunds are given once service is rendered. 

Please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment, appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled to a different day and will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 

If your baby does not cooperate during your session, we will bring you back again once, at no additional cost to you. Rescans vary from 5-15 minutes and are done within 7-14 days of the original appointment. Not all services qualify for the redo policy and redo's will be at the discretion of the sonographer.
